Music Therapist

This full-time position may include group and individual programming with residents in long-term care, assisted living, hospice, ventilator dependent, and dementia.

A degree in music therapy and board certification is required. At least 2 years experience in long-term care (including MDS and related documentation) and Neurologic Music Therapy certification is preferred, but not required.
